Katya Lopez

BCBA, Iowa and New Mexico

I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Florida International University, where I was introduced to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). After beginning my career as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), I quickly discovered my passion for helping children and families. Over the next six years, I built meaningful connections while supporting children through ABA services.

To continue growing in the field, I earned my Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology. I believe every child has unique strengths and endless potential, and I am passionate about helping children and families build confidence, learn in ways that work best for them, and celebrate every milestone—big or small. ABA has changed my life, and I hope to continue changing lives, one smile at a time.

She specializes in behavioral assessments, individualized treatment plans, caregiver training, and interventions that support communication, social skills, independence, and behavior reduction.

Known for her expertise in addressing significant behavioral challenges, Crystal focuses on understanding the “why” behind behavior and helping individuals build meaningful communication, functional coping strategies, and long-term independence through a data-driven, individualized approach.

Cassidy Moss

BCBA, Iowa

My passion for helping others inspired me to pursue a degree in recreational therapy. Throughout that journey, I discovered a strong interest in designing individualized programs that support each person's unique needs. Later, while working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), I found a love for ABA therapy. The one piece I felt was missing was the opportunity to develop treatment programs. This led me to pursue my master's degree in ABA at Ball State University.

A career as a BCBA is incredibly rewarding for me. I enjoy developing creative and innovative goals that align with each individual's strengths, needs, and areas for growth. I also value building meaningful relationships with the families I serve, learning about their daily routines, and creating strategies that fit naturally into their lives.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, often exploring the outdoors together.

Jonathan Justice

Lead RBT, New Mexico

Jonathan Justice has proudly worked as an RBT in the ABA therapy field for several years. He became an RBT because he enjoys helping others grow, build confidence in themselves, and develop the skills needed to live fulfilling lives.
